An investor, educator, and travel enthusiast, Jon Giaan’s remarkable career is the direct result of his complete dedication to the belief that any goal is within reach through educational preparation and a supportive environment. When Mr. Giaan founded Knowledge Source in 2000, his goal was to make these conditions available to anyone seeking a new path toward financial prosperity by utilizing an approach focused on the establishment of highly profitable property investment portfolios. Drawing on his own experience as a self-taught property investor, Mr. Giaan created a comprehensive educational resource and recruited the most knowledgeable and most successful investors in Australia to contribute their insight and expertise to this endeavor.
Inspired to help others after achieving such immense success as a property investor, Mr. Giaan was keenly interested in removing the obstacles that had hindered him when he first began learning about and investing in real estate with the goal of creating a consistent and substantial source of wealth. Looking back on his own experience, Mr. Giaan recalled the rigorous research and the countless hours of in-depth study that ultimately illuminated the path he would take to achieve the status of self-made multimillionaire. Mr. Giaan then worked to ensure that each of these aspects would be incorporated in the Knowledge Source platform in order to help aspiring investors create their own substantial source of wealth.
With a $35-million property investment portfolio established from scratch, Mr. Giaan is particularly adept at assisting investors with no previous experience and no formal training in experiencing a feeling of financial freedom through property investment. Although he continues to manage his own portfolio while also serving as the managing director of Knowledge Source, Mr. Giaan still has ample time to travel the globe, both for business and for pleasure. The longtime travel enthusiast is often asked to speak about his experience as an investor at events all over the world and is always interested in visiting a new destination.
